We can move the Usage Time and funds without a problem. But we cannot refund the exchange fees, as these go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. And they do their accounting based on the Account Name not the actual individual person. But the only reason your Sierra Chart account would make a difference is if you are setup to use the Teton Order Routing Service. Otherwise, the connection to your trading service is in your local software and has no dependence on your Sierra Chart Account. Also, we do not see any files set to download for either account, so this is an item that has no impact on which account you use. Let us know what you would like for us to do.
