Dear Sierra Chart Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently experiencing several issues while using the Micro E-mini S&P 500 futures contract with the SC All Services Data feed: Footprint Chart Data – The data displayed in the footprint chart appears to be incomplete or inaccurate. I am unable to rely on it for proper volume and order flow analysis. Market Profile / TPO Chart – I am unable to scroll back to view previous profiles. It seems the historical data for the TPO chart is not loading correctly or is limited. Depth of Market (DOM) – The DOM does not appear to be functioning properly. The bid/ask levels and volume display seem inconsistent or missing at times. I would appreciate it if you could assist in identifying and resolving these issues. Please let me know if there are specific settings I should verify or adjustments I need to make to ensure everything functions as expected. Thank you for your time and support. Best regards, |

Accessing E-mini S&P 500 for Simulation with SC All Data Service Dear Sierra Chart Support, I hope you are doing well. I am currently using the SC All Data Service and would like to run simulations using the E-mini S&P 500 futures (ES) contract. However, I have not been able to access this symbol within the simulation environment. Could you please advise on the correct method to access the E-mini S&P 500 for simulation purposes with the SC All Data Service? If this symbol is not available through the SC All Data feed for simulation, could you kindly suggest an alternative solution or data feed that would support this? I appreciate your guidance and support. Best regards, |

You are on a trial and have limited access to data. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account And the data you are receiving for the CME Group will be our Delayed Streaming data, so it will be behind the real-time data by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. That being said, you should have proper data for what you have available. You should not have any issues with the items you mention. If you think there is a problem with a particular item, then we would need to see an image and we would need an explanation of what exactly is not showing properly. Refer to the following for how to get us an image: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) As noted in the link given above, the ES data is not available during a trial. If you want to view this data, you would need to change to a paid package. If you are fine with the delayed streaming data, then you can be on any package, including the "Base" packages. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing To change to a paid package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
