You are on a trial and have limited access to data. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account And the data you are receiving for the CME Group will be our Delayed Streaming data, so it will be behind the real-time data by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. That being said, you should have proper data for what you have available. You should not have any issues with the items you mention. If you think there is a problem with a particular item, then we would need to see an image and we would need an explanation of what exactly is not showing properly.
