Hi, Since today I cant get the options list after pressing "get options" on the selected symbol (ESM25-CME) |

We are not seeing any issue with this at the moment. Although we are only getting 4 options showing for ESM25-CME. Keep in mind that the only options that are shown are those with Open Interest. We wonder if the timing of when you selected the option was such that the Open Interest had not updated, so there was nothing to show. Let us know if you are still not getting anything in the list of options. We understand the reason for the problem. This is now resolved and we apologize for this. Sorry for the delay. It related to using a much tighter symbol pattern for options in order to make data management reliable. This caused a symbol mapping issue which is now resolved. There still is an outstanding issue regarding the download starting date which we will be working on today. But should not cause a problem. I pressed on "update from server" and ok after, should I do more other than that? what is it for? "There still is an outstanding issue regarding the download starting date which we will be working on today. But should not cause a problem." - u mean the historical data for each option? options are now loading, but the charts are irrelevant for all of the historical data - there are almost no candles if I load an option the only candles I see are from now and some few candles from the past |
