We understand the reason for the problem. This is now resolved and we apologize for this. Sorry for the delay.

It related to using a much tighter symbol pattern for options in order to make data management reliable.

This caused a symbol mapping issue which is now resolved.

There still is an outstanding issue regarding the download starting date which we will be working on today. But should not cause a problem.
