Hi, I recently purchased the 90 days subscription about 15 days ago and I will have to take a break from SC, what will be the best way to optimize this? Is it possible to pause the subscription and then I can resume when i am back? Or will i have to just let my subscription burn? Thanks |

There is not a way "Pause" a subscription. What we can do is refund any remaining Usage Time that is in whole month (31 day) increments. For instance, you have 78 days of Usage Time remaining, therefore we could refund 2 months (62 days) back to your Services Surplus. If you like, we can also refund the Services Surplus back to your payment method, but there is a $5.00 processing fee for this. You can always leave the funds in your account as well. The refund is calculated using the monthly rate at which you purchased your package. In this case, you purchased a 3 month package for $117.30, a 10% discount off the 1 month rate. Therefore, the per month rate in this case is $39.10 ($117.30 / 3). So for 2 months, you would receive $78.20 back. Just keep in mind that if we refund this back to your card, $5.00 is removed prior to the refund, so you would get $73.20 sent back to your card.
