There is not a way "Pause" a subscription. What we can do is refund any remaining Usage Time that is in whole month (31 day) increments. For instance, you have 78 days of Usage Time remaining, therefore we could refund 2 months (62 days) back to your Services Surplus. If you like, we can also refund the Services Surplus back to your payment method, but there is a $5.00 processing fee for this. You can always leave the funds in your account as well.
