Number Bars not working on SC Data / Live CQG connection shows no chart

Hi Support, I’m using an account with Package 10. 1. When using “SC Data - All Services” (delayed), price and volume load fine, but Number Bars Calculated Values (AskV, BidV, Delta...) are all zero. Shouldn’t it work with delayed data? 2. When I switch to “CQG WebAPI [trading]” and connect my live AMP account, chart symbols do not load at all. Why is that? I’ve tried translating symbols to current service and reconnecting, but still no data. Please advise. Thanks, |

Delayed data does not work with CQG. You need to use “SC Data - All Services” Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart. Also, the Numbers Bars study is not available with Package 10. You need to be on one of the "Integrated Advanced" packages in order to be able to use/view the Numbers Bars study. The issue is what we stated in post #4. You are not on a package that supports the use of the Numbers Bars Calculated Values (or the Numbers Bars) studies. Refer to the links given previously.
