I have five accounts with Topstep, and I have my trades copied from one account to the other four via your order allocation feature. On probably 1 out of 20 trades, an order won't execute on one or two of the accounts that a trade is being copied to. I got lucky and noticed it the first few times but I recently just had it happen again and lost one of my accounts. I just want to know if this is an issue you're aware of, if it has anything to do with Topstep, and if there's anything I can do to prevent it in the future or if its something that's just always going to be a risk.

It is impossible for us to say what exactly is occurring. We do not believe there is anything wrong with the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts", but that being said, please review the highlighted information at the top of this page: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Given the issues we see with Rithmic, we would believe that the problem is with Rithmic not responding in a reasonable time period when you see an issue. We can not say for certain in your case, but this is something that we often see with Rithmic.
