It is impossible for us to say what exactly is occurring. We do not believe there is anything wrong with the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts", but that being said, please review the highlighted information at the top of this page: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Given the issues we see with Rithmic, we would believe that the problem is with Rithmic not responding in a reasonable time period when you see an issue.
