Most likely you are trying to start the replay for a point in time where you do not have data. Refer to item #4 here:
Replaying Charts: Replaying Chart from Specific Date-Time

If not the above, then we need more information on exactly what is occurring and how you are using the replay.

What do you mean by "the last day that don't work"? Is the replay stopping at the current day? Are you trying to just replay the current day and it is not working?

We need the specific information of what is occurring and the options you are using when running the replay.

How are you starting the replay, are you scrolling back in time in the chart, or using the "Use Start Date-Time" option? What is the date you are starting the replay?

What exactly occurs? What happens when the replay gets to that date?

What is the setting on the Replay window for "Skip Empty Periods"?

If you try to replay the 19th or 20th directly, does it work?

Please answer these questions:

- Is data for May 19th showing in your chart? Please get us an image of the data in the chart prior to the replay by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional)

- Please tell us the exact symbol you are using for the chart from the image give above.

- If you start the replay on May 18th, what occurs when the replay gets to May 19th?

- How are you starting the replay on May 19 - are you using the "Start from Date-Time" option or are you scrolling back in the chart and then selecting the "Play" button?

- Is the option for "Start Paused" enabled?

- What are the following replay options set to:
-- Charts to Replay
-- Replay Mode
-- Skip Empty Periods
-- Start Paused

In that image the replay is "Paused". This is noted at the top of the chart.

Also, the option for "Skip Empty Periods" is not enabled (which is should not be when replaying multiple charts), but this means that if there is a break in the data, the replay is still going to play as normal during that time, which would cause the chart you are viewing to look as though nothing was occurring, as there are no new bars to present.

You need to look at that individual chart and see if there is no data from the time where the replay stops, and if so, then what you are seeing is normal. You would need to either increase the replay speed to get over that time, use the Jump option, or enable the option for "Skip Empty Periods" (just be aware that doing this when replaying multiple charts will cause you to lose synchronization).

Please do the following:
- Stop that replay.
- Set the "Charts to Replay" to "Single Chart"
- Enable the option for "Skip Empty Periods".

Then replay that chart and tell us if it works properly or not.

You have bad data from when we had a problem last Friday. Stop any replays and then follow the instructions at the following link to redownload the data from just before May 15, 2025:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
