In that image the replay is "Paused". This is noted at the top of the chart.

Also, the option for "Skip Empty Periods" is not enabled (which is should not be when replaying multiple charts), but this means that if there is a break in the data, the replay is still going to play as normal during that time, which would cause the chart you are viewing to look as though nothing was occurring, as there are no new bars to present.

You need to look at that individual chart and see if there is no data from the time where the replay stops, and if so, then what you are seeing is normal. You would need to either increase the replay speed to get over that time, use the Jump option, or enable the option for "Skip Empty Periods" (just be aware that doing this when replaying multiple charts will cause you to lose synchronization).
