Hi - This is wrt Global Data Feed India (NSEINDIA exchange) Normally, the monthly option has following format i.e. BANKNIFTY-NS-OPT-201606-C-18000 means 6th month of 2016 with a usual last Thursday (in this case 30th June 2016) of the month as expiry! Irrespective of that date, the format has only only year and month details i.e. 201606 What will be the symbol format for weekly BankNifty options contract recently introduced by NSEINDIA which is ending on lets say 9th June 2016? I have asked Global data feed to give me symbol format for weekly options contract for BANKNIFTY introduced by NSEINDIA. They asked me to contact you. Kindly help.
