In our case, the order is not even responded to from Trader Workstation when using the symbol MSFT-STK-SMART/NASDAQ-USD. Could you please contact Trader Workstation API support with Interactive Brokers. There should be some messaging system through your Interactive Brokers account where you can contact them about this.
