I had a chart where the ms portion for each bar was always 0 even though the bars were the same second. I was not connected to the data feed at this time. I then connected to the data feed and did a full reload/recalculate and the ms portion started to appear. Any idea why this is? Are there any special conditions that need to be met in order for the ms numbering to appear?
