1) There are multiple methods to add a horiztonal line. Refer to the following two options specifically: Chart Drawing Tools: Horizontal Line | Horizontal Ray | Horizonal Line Non-Extended | Vertical Line Horizontal Lines 2) There is the following option to control Peaks and Valleys at the extremes: Volume By Price Study: Include High/Low in Peaks and Valleys But that is the only option. There is no method to control within a certain range from High or Low.
