Is this the same chartbook? Keep in mind that the system has an option to autoamtically open certain chartbooks. By default, this is set to automatically open the "Example Chartbook" that we send with the initial software. So this may not be the chartbook that you were working from. Refer to the following and the item below it: General Settings Window: Open Files On Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Startup) If the above is not the solution, then we need to see the entire Sierra Chart window. Select "Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Main Window Image" and then get us that link.
