1. In the first Chart/Study Alert, The DateTime field is set to the Bar Start Time and not the current time. I think it should be the current time (in UTC or the Chart Timezone), like it shows when we enable Use User Defined Name Only. This problem only exists with Chart/Study Alert logs, for Chart Drawing Alerts it does get set to the current time in UTC.
This will be resolved in the next release.

2. In the alerts where Use User Defined Name Only is enabled, there are two DateTime entries, one in the timezone of the chart and one in UTC time. I think it makes sense to only have one of these, I would opt to keep the UTC version since we can always convert this back to the chart timezone in ACSIL if necessary. This item extends to Chart/Study alerts, Chart Drawing alerts and Also Symbol alerts, when the setting I spoke of is enabled.
This will be resolved in the next release and will be in the time zone of the chart if the Alert originates from a chart. Otherwise, the global time zone.

If you have enabled this option:
General Settings Window: Save Alerts Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)

There is no delay with writing to the file.
