Thanks - but these are new users who downloaded Sierra within the last week, so they would be on 1198 as a minimum. I think there is something else going on, but I have no idea what. They register with us, then download Sierra with access to our chartbook. Then when trying to open the chartbook, receive this error. I cannot replicate the problem so don't know how to resolve it.
