Did you follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Futures Options Data with Other Trading Services As noted in there, you will need to enter a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" for the actual options symbol that CQG requires for the chosen option. We are unable to help with the particular CQG symbol that is required for options, as we simply do not know.
