Lucid Trading is a Prop Firm. You can not use a Prop Firm to verify your status as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. Please read through the following documentation again to see the rules from the CME Group regarding this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you are only connecting your Sierra Chart to that Lucid Trading account, then you can get the data from Rithmic through them, which is why you are doing now. In this case, be sure you deactivate the Denali exchange that you have already activated, as you will not be able to get the data from Denali for the CME Group. If you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account as specified in the link given above. You will have to setup an account and fund it before you will be able to connect to it for verification.
