USERlevels777: You have the following exchange active for your account: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Since you have a Non-Professional exchange active, you do need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live trading account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for why you need to do this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you make a good connection to your live trading account, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. We use this date to determine if you have connected or not, so this date must be in the future in order to be able to get the real-time data at the non-professional prices for the CME Group data. Right now, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "January 1, 2026", therefore, you have not connected to your live account since December, 2025.
