The extended zone appears very thin vertically. Is there any setting that allows the extended zone to retain more of the original height of the imbalance area so that it is easier to see when price has partially filled the imbalance versus when it has completely filled it?

There are two options related to this.

First, there is the Input in the "Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2" for "Draw Extenstions with Transparent Range". This will group together adjacent alerts and create a rectangle that extends forward. Refer to the following:
Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2: Draw Extension Lines with Transparent Range

Second, if you are not using the above, and you are displaying the individual lines, then you can change the width of that line in the Subgraph for those lines, which is SG60 and is named "Extension Line Properties". Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Line Width

I am configuring my market structure chart and would like to know if Sierra Chart has any native studies for:

1. Order Blocks.
2. Supply and Demand Zones.

We are not certain what exactly you are looking for with regards to these. Sierra Chart has nearly 600 studies available, so we may have what you are looking for. You can find the full list of studies at the following link. You can do a search on that page based on the name, or you can use Google to search that part of our site and look for more specific keywords.
