I have had a second incidence of this - is there anything that's changed recently in SC that might have affected our chartbooks this way? I can get our developer to have a look and see if there is something that needs changing. I have yet to hear back from either user if the backup chartbook fix works, but I'd rather find a way to not have the issue coming up.
