Do you know why this might be? Is there something I can do to be able to copy trade and it not freeze?
We have no idea why this would be the case. The process of copying orders to other accounts is very straightforward and should not be causing an issue with the system. Did the system actually freeze, or was it a lack of updates regarding the orders? Were you able to interact with the system, such as selecting a menu and having it open, or did it completely lock up?
