Make sure your Session Times start on even hours. That is all you need to do. We can not tell you exactly what session times to use, as we do not know how you want your charts setup or how you want to deal with session times. For information on Session Times, refer to the following: Chart Session Times And keep in mind, many of the CME Group products stop trading for 1 hour from 16:00 to 17:00 Central US time. So if you were setting your times relative to the Central US Time Zone, and you set your Evening Session Start Time to be "16:00", you will still get a single bar at 17:00 and then another at 18:00, since the market opened at 17:00 and there is no data from 16:00.
