Well basically the way this works is just supporting text drawings (Tools >> Stationary Text but linked with the price scale) in the Notes column. So really this is already been supported. You can do stationary text linked to the price column, in the right side fill space of a chart. Although now there will be a dedicated column for this. And the tool will be automatically invoked, when left clicking in the Notes column. You can then right-click on existing Text in the column and change any of the appearance properties.
