If there are no font controls for a specific drawing tool, then that font is controlled through the "Global Chart Drawing Font". Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Global Chart Drawing Font (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Drawing Font) For the Zig Zag study, the Extension Line Labels use the "Chart Text" font. So the only way to change this is to change the size of the text for the entire chart.
