We think what you are referring to is how to "Minimize" a chart after it has been maximized. The standard items that show in the upper right corner are no longer there with these recent releases. We have changed this, as we are no longer relying on Microsoft Windows to manage these windows.

To the right of the "Help" menu you will see a 'pipe' (vertical line) symbol (|) followed by the words "Min", "Res", and "Cls". These are the replacements for those items and are buttons for "Minimize", "Restore" and "Close". So you would want to select the "Res" button to restore that window back to the original size.

You can change the separator and the words in that line. Refer to the following and the three items below it:
General Settings Window: MDI Container Window Child Window Menu Text Separator (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings)
