Attached is a Study Collection that we put together that gives you what you are looking for. The only thing you may not want is that the lines will carry forward for all weeks through the end of the chart. If you only want the current week, then adjust the "Number of Days to Calculate" in the "High/Low for Time Period" study to be 7.

One other item of note. You would need to set the Bar Period to be some value that divides evenly into the times for which you want the Initial Balance. For instance, if your initial balance is from 08:00 to 18:00, then you would need a bar period of 10 hours (assuming 08:00 is a start of a new bar) or 1 hour or 30 minutes. But 4 hours will not work.

Depending on how you are setting up your chart, you may need a separate chart and then overlay the results of the studies we gave you to the weekly chart you are viewing.
