Please be sure to check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" is set to "1 Tick". Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

If that is set to 1 tick, then change the "Volume Threshold" for the "Large Volume Trade Indicator" to be "1". This will guarantee that you should have some markers showing. Let us know if you still do not have anything.
