The only item of note in your log is the following: 2026-04-07 08:25:04.517 | Circular chart reference detected. Charts: 7, 9. Chartbook: ES_F.Cht.
Refer to the following regarding circular references: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.9 References to Other Charts / Continuous Full Recalculation of Charts The only thing we can say is that this log is from a Sub-Instance, so if you are having a problem, the first thing to do is to make sure everything is working properly in the main instance. Open a chart for the same symbol in the main instance (if not already open) and see if you are getting the data flowing in the main instance. If the main instance is working, then we need more information on what is occurring in the sub-instance. Are you not getting data updating? Do you see the charts? What precisely is happening that is the issue? If you have an issue in the main instance, then we would need to see the log from there. Follow these instructions *exactly* to get us the log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
