There is something odd occurring with the account that you have posted from. Our servers are showing that you have not logged into your Sierra Chart software with this account since 2022. But the account itself is set for the "Integrated Advanced" package and has 30 days of Usage Time remaining.

Please use the "Forced Login" option to login to your Sierra Chart software. Then post back in this thread and let us know so we can check that the system has updated properly.

This should not be directly related to what you are seeing, but there could be a connection, if you are really seeing fills for GCM2 (i.e. from 2022) since this would be the data that you already have on the system.

On a separate note - this account has the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" enabled, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account to verify your Non-Professional standing. Refer to the following for why you need to do this:

When you make a good connection to your live account, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates. This is how we keep track of this verification. You can view this date at the following link:
