There is a corruption in memory. Or maybe the Chartbook. Most likely in memory. The first thing we need you to do is to restart Sierra Chart. File >> Exit. And then start Sierra Chart again.

And on the login window, disable Open Files on Startup (Important):

And then use a backup of your Chartbook from about two days ago:
