There was one version of Sierra Chart, which caused a problem with Chartbooks causing them to become corrupted. This issue was fixed. The issue was not with 1192 but an earlier version which damaged a Chartbook. That version was locked out. Any user affected by this will need to use the most recent Chartbook backup.
