As noted above, in order to get real-time data for the exchanges on our Denali Exchange Data Feed (which includes the CME Group), you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. You also need to be on one of the Integrated packages to connect to trading services. Refer to the following:

To setup a paid package, follow these instructions:

In order to get the real-time CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:

Once you work out the above, and you are on an Integrated package, then follow these instructions to setup the data for the CME Group:
