We see no issues with it at all. That one other user in this thread is now permanently banned off this board. We have no dispute with you at all. One thing we would recommend that you do, is try using port 443: Sierra Chart Server Settings: Always Use Port 443 For Real-time Data (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General) You really should have no trouble with connectivity to Japan from Hong Kong. We would have to suspect that you are using a Wi-Fi connection especially if you are traveling, and there may be port degradation/ blocking on nonstandard ports.
