If you are using a custom study, then this is not something we can help with. We do not give Programming Help. These are historical depth values, please confirm if depth price data is being stored. I see depth level volumes which dont change, so it seems that unless i record that historical data, I wont be able to access it.
In general, you do have to record the Market Depth data to have it on your system. Refer to the information in the top section of the following regarding this: Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data Separately, I see mkt depth (When i open mkt depth window) on the new system when i use SC data [data] but not when i use Teton CME Routing [trading].
As you suggested I disallow support for sierra chart feeds on the old system now. Old system not connected any more. There is no reason you would not see the Market Depth data when you are connected to Teton for the CME Group data. We wonder if you are not updating the symbols when you change between services. Keep in mind that the symbols that are used are different for every service. So if you are using ESH26-CME for "SC Data", then it would be ESH26_FUT_CME when you change to Teton. When you select OK to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window and you have changed the service, then you are prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. If you do not, or you open a different chartbook later that is not updated, then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
