Please restart Sierra Chart in Safe Mode. Follow these instructions: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode And then do not open any chartbooks, instead open a single new chart and see if that opens properly. If not, then please let us know and get us an image. If a single chart opens properly, then close that and then open a chartbook. If this opens properly, then the implication is that you have a custom study that is causing an issue. At this point, restart Sierra Chart without Safe Mode and remove the custom studies, resave the chartbook, then close the program and re-open it again and open that newly saved chartbook. If it continues to look fine, but did not with the custom studies, then you need to find the study that is causing the issue. If none of the above works, then change your setting for "Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics", changing it from whichever way you currently have it to the opposite option. Then restart Sierra Chart and let us know if you continue to have an issue.
