Is there a provisioning hold on my account
There is no such thing in Sierra Chart. is the symbol format 'MESH26_FUT_CME' incorrect for the Teton feed?
That is the correct symbol for MES when connected to Teton. Please advise why the data stream is throttled.
It is not throttled. There is nothing in Sierra Chart, either on our servers or in the software itself that controls any kind of throttling, with the exception of the "Chart Update Interval", which you have control over. My DOM is sluggish and the performance metrics indicate a lack of incoming data packets.
This does not give us enough information to understand what is occurring. Why do you state that the DOM is sluggish? What exactly is occurring? There is definitely not a lack of incoming data packets, at least not due to anything on our end. If there is an issue related to this specifically, then it would be an issue with your Internet connectivity. Everything we know to do in relation to improving performance is at the following link. You need to go through the items on that page and see how you can improve your system: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
