You need to set the MDI Child Window Minimize Method: General Settings Window: MDI Child Window Minimize Method (List) (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings) To: Minimize to Bottom.
