The most common reason for an issue with the Large Volume Trade Indicator is that you are not storing the data at every tick. Check the following setting and ensure it is set to "1 Tick". Follow the information in there to redownload the data as well, if you do change it:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
