The controls for "Minimize", "Restore" and "Close" when you have a maximized window is now controlled by menu item buttons that show as "Min", "Res", and "Cls" (by default) in the menu bar just to the right of the "Help" menu. You can change the wording for these - refer to the following and the 3 items below it: General Settings Window: MDI Container Window Child Window Menu Text Separator (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings) As to restoring the layout, we are not seeing any issue with this. Please be sure to be on version 2862 and see if you continue to have an issue.
