From the image you provided, it looks like there are no charts in that chartbook. If you select the "CW" menu at the top, can you select a chart in that menu? If so, select it and then let us know if you are able to view everything properly or not. If nothing shows in the CW menu, then you have no charts in that chartbook, so there is nothing to show. Select "File >> Find Symbol" to find the symbol you want and open a chart.
