There is no option to align the Chart Header or the Region Data Line to the right. It is always left aligned. For the Chart Header, you can arrange the order of the items such that things you want to see on the right are set in that position (or at least close). We do want to point out that if there is something specific you are wanting to view from the Chart Header, it may be accessible through a study, and then can be displayed in a specific position where you want it using the "Text Display for Study".
