The general function to use to test for crossing is "CROSSOVER()". Refer to the following:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SpreadsheetFunctions.html#CROSSOVER_Function

Although there are other functions like "CROSSFROMABOVE()" and "CROSSFROMBELOW()", which are also defined in that same section linked above.

To test the crossover between two studies, you would enter the following:
=CROSSOVER(ID1.SG1, ID2.SG1)

Where ID1 is the ID of the first study and SG1 is the subgraph that is to be tested from that study. ID2 is the ID of the second study and SG1 is the subgraph from that study to be tested.

You have not defined what you want to color nor how you want to color it based on the conditions. If you need help with this, then let us know.
