The zeros are showing up where neither side is dominant. The uncolored non-zero values are where there is a comparison to zero, and you have the option for "Enable Bid/Ask Ratios with Zeros as Ones" set to "No". Refer to the following:

For both of these, if you do not want to see them, you can set the "Default Text Color" to be the same as the background color. But, this will then cause the other column to not show what you want. You could set a text coloring option in the other column such that you will always get the text colored somehow and set the colors to all be the same.
