Replays can only be done on the data that is already loaded in the chart. So if you want to go back to before September 16, then you need to have that data already loaded in the chart. Refer to steps 3 and 4 at the following link: Replaying Charts: Basic Chart Replay Instructions And keep in mind that if this is a Futures chart, then you may need to use the "Continuous Futures Contract" option in order to view older data.
