Do you have this problem when you open one of your other chartbooks? If not, then those are Control Bars that are associated with that chart. You can remove them by selecting "Windows >> Control Bar Chart >> Control Bar #" where Control Bar # will have a checkmark next to it for the control bars that are on that chart. If you do have this problem with all your chartbooks, then this means that your configuration file was overwritten for some reason. We can not say why/how, as we do not know how you received or installed that chartbook.
