So you are saying that whenever you select a specific Scale Range option your Sierra Chart freezes? What happens after you restart Sierra Chart? Why do you need to rebuild the chart? Please run Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and see if you can reproduce this. Let us know what happens.
